This product does not function as a charger for rechargeable batteries. Non-rechargeable batteries must not be recharged. Batteries must be inserted with the correct polarity. Remove used batteries from the toy. Battery replacement must be performed by an adult. Do not throw batteries into fire; they could explode or leak. Only use batteries of the recommended type or a similar type. Do not short-circuit the battery terminals. Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries. Do not mix new and old batteries. If storing the product for extended periods, be sure to remove the batteries.
